I heard another element to the story today. Jack apparently did fuck her, and they did it not only on the lawn of this Ellen girl’s house, but on the hood of a car. That they were both drunk and that she left when he left. Avery said he heard this from Melanie Wright, who doesn’t know me or any of my friends. He said that Melanie claimed to have been there and witnessed the whole thing, but didn’t know it was Jack until she heard a friend of his say it.
This is a terrible amount of detail for a simple malicious rumour. It must be true. How could he do this to me? Why did I ever make him wait? It’s all my fucking fault. I’m such a fool. Everyone was right.
